XTJ CNC Delivers Industrial Metal Components for Global Manufacturers

Carmel, IN 46032, United States, 19th Oct 2026 – XTJ CNC, a precision manufacturing company headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, has announced that it supplies custom metal components for industrial applications to manufacturers around the world, from factory sites in Shenzhen and Dongguan, in China’s Guangdong province. The company states that it ships to more than 80 countries and that orders have no minimum quantity, from a single prototype to mass production.

XTJ CNC offers a wide range of CNC machining services, including precision milling, turning and rapid prototyping for metal and plastic components. Its customers include those in the aerospace, automotive and electronics industries. The company lists a 12,000 square meter facility in Dongguan and a sales and support center in Shenzhen.

What Is Being Delivered

Manufacturers often outsource machined and fabricated parts to a single supplier so that housings, brackets and frames arrive built to the same drawing standard. According to the company, the parts it makes include machined housings, enclosures, brackets, structural frames, shafts and flanges. It also makes custom fasteners, welded assemblies and die cast parts.

The company works in aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper and brass, and tool and alloy steels. Aluminum grades listed include 5052, 6061 and 7075, and stainless steel grades include 303, 304, 316 and 316L. The company lists precision manufacturing, automotive, medical and healthcare, electronics and consumer products, and industrial equipment among its core markets.

“Manufacturers that source metal components from overseas want the drawing checked, the tolerances confirmed and the documents ready before parts ship,” said Hafiz Pan, Director of Operations at XTJ CNC. “That is what the service is built around, from the first prototype through to production batches.”

How the Parts Are Made

XTJ CNC says its machining work covers 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning and turn-milling on more than 120 machines. Fiber laser systems cut sheets from 0.5 mm to 25 mm thick, and CNC bending, MIG and TIG welding, and assembly are handled alongside. Aluminum die casting is offered for low-volume and prototype runs.

The company states that CNC machining can reach tolerances as tight as ±0.003 mm. Finishing options include anodizing, electroplating, powder coating, painting, passivation, bead blasting and polishing, and the finish specification is fixed against the customer’s drawing before production begins.

Lead Times, Quality and Documentation

Prototypes can ship in as little as five days, according to the company, and production batches take 7 to 15 business days. Customers can upload CAD files for a free engineering review, which covers whether the requested tolerances can be met and flags critical dimensions. Drawing preparation help is also offered for customers who start from a sketch or an early drawing. Accepted formats include STEP, IGES, DWG and PDF, and several files can be sent together as a ZIP or RAR archive.

XTJ CNC describes its quality management system as ISO 9001 certified. Every order comes with documented CMM dimensional inspection reports, the company said. Clear records matter for export orders because receiving plants often need inspection data to accept a delivery, and shipping is part of the company’s end-to-end service. It describes its automotive work as compliant with IATF 16949 and its medical processes as aligned with ISO 13485 requirements. For regulated orders, mill test certificates, material data sheets and RoHS compliance documents are available.

Looking Ahead

XTJ CNC expects overseas orders to keep varying by industry, material and quantity, and plans to apply the same review and inspection steps to each one.

“Global customers send drawings in many formats and for many industries, so the review and the inspection record stay the same whatever the order size,” said Hafiz Pan, Director of Operations at XTJ CNC. “The aim is to keep that process consistent as orders grow.”
